Start with Pilot.
Pay once it works.

User count = the number of active people in your Exyno company account. Every employee who can participate in challenges counts as one user.

We believe a larger team should pay less for each additional member — similar to volume discounts. The more users you have, the lower the price per additional one. The price is calculated automatically based on your current user count.

Yes — add new users directly in the admin dashboard in seconds, without contacting support. The price for new users depends on your current total count and is billed pro-rata.

Pilot is a free plan for up to 25 users and one challenge lasting max. 1 month. It's perfect for trying out Exyno with no strings attached — no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

No — the Pilot plan can be used once per company (verified by email domain or company registration number). To run another challenge, switch to one of the paid plans.

If you order a plan during the introductory period, you keep the introductory price for as long as you use the plan without interruption. It stays when you change the number of users, upgrade to a higher plan (the discount then applies to that plan's price), or switch between monthly and annual billing. With annual billing, a further 20% annual discount comes off the already reduced price. The discount ends if you interrupt your subscription (even for a single month) or downgrade to a lower plan, and it isn't restored if you reactivate later.

No plan requires a commitment. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Unused time isn't refunded, but your access stays active until that period ends.

Data is stored on servers in the EU in line with GDPR. Employers see only aggregated participation and performance statistics within a challenge (leaderboards, activity counts) — never individual health or medical data.

Your logo, company colors, and a custom URL prefix. Employees will see Exyno as an organic part of your company, not an external platform.

For larger organizations we'll prepare a custom quote with volume discounts. Write us at info@exyno.eu.
