We believe a larger team should pay less for each additional member — similar to volume discounts. The more users you have, the lower the price per additional one. The price is calculated automatically based on your current user count.

Yes — add new users directly in the admin dashboard in seconds, without contacting support. The price for new users depends on your current total count and is billed pro-rata.

Pilot is a free plan for up to 25 users and one challenge lasting max. 1 month. It's perfect for trying out Exyno with no strings attached — no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

No — the Pilot plan can be used once per company (verified by email domain or company registration number). To run another challenge, switch to one of the paid plans.

No plan requires a commitment. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Unused time isn't refunded, but your access stays active until that period ends.

Data is stored on servers in the EU in line with GDPR. Employers see only aggregated participation and performance statistics within a challenge (leaderboards, activity counts) — never individual health or medical data.

Your logo, company colors, and a custom URL prefix. Employees will see Exyno as an organic part of your company, not an external platform.
