We believe team energy
starts with movement.
Exyno wasn't born in a corporate boardroom — it was born on running tracks and in ice-cold water. We saw that classic once-a-year teambuilding doesn't work, and that what people actually lack isn't a single day of motivation, but consistency.
We launched the first challenge at our own workplace.
We built Exyno in the evenings, alongside our day jobs. Once the first version was ready, we tested it with colleagues and friends — running the Lazy Triathlon challenge at our own Zurich Insurance Slovakia.
30 colleagues joined, and 15 of them made it through the whole month. Several of them told us the same thing: they'd wanted to exercise before, too — they just lacked consistency. That's exactly what Exyno solves.

Founders who went through the first challenge alongside their colleagues.
Marek Chladný
Co-founderOutside of work, he's fully devoted to cold water immersion and winter swimming. He knows the hardest part is always that first step into the water — after that, it takes care of itself. Three summers running, he's taken on a challenge that means swimming 100 km in open water over a single summer.

Roman Jakubovitš
Co-founderHis hobby is triathlon, and his biggest challenge is an Ironman. He is getting there step by step — from sprints through three half Ironmans to the mountain Oravaman. He knows what gets him there is consistency, not one perfect month.

Joyful competition
We don't force performance. We create an environment where movement is play, not an obligation — one that anyone can join, even someone who doesn't see themselves as an athlete.
Privacy first
We keep data in the EU and comply with GDPR. The employer never sees individual health data — an employee only ever shares what they choose to.
Sustainable habits
We're not interested in short-term sprints. We build habits that improve employees' lives long-term — not just for one day a year.
